Refund Policy

Pexafy sells subscriptions to an image search service: API requests, rate limits, API keys and support. It does not sell images — every image found through Pexafy stays on the free-to-use library that hosts it, under that library's license.

Paid plans are sold through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem charges your payment method, issues your invoices and carries out every refund described below. Its Buyer Terms apply to your purchase together with this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan, monthly or yearly, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, ask for a refund and you get back the full amount you paid — no questions asked.

2. How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your Pexafy account, or use the contact form (Billing & subscription questions). The receipt Creem emailed you identifies the payment.

We confirm the refund with Creem, which sends the money back to the payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

3. Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period. You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing: the renewal stops, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Outside the 14-day guarantee, a payment already made — a renewal included — is not refunded, and cancelling does not refund the rest of the current period, except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Plan changes

A plan change takes effect immediately and Creem prorates it:

• moving to a higher plan charges the price difference for the days left in your current period;
• moving to a lower plan refunds that difference to your payment method;
• switching between monthly and yearly billing refunds the unused part of your current period and charges the new price for a period starting that day.

5. Deleting your account

Deleting your account from Dashboard → Settings first cancels the renewal of your subscription, so you are not charged again. If you are still within the 14-day guarantee, ask for your refund before deleting the account.

6. Accounts closed for a breach of the Terms

If we close an account because it violated our Terms of Service, the current billing period is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Questions and disputes

Write to us first at [email protected]: we answer billing questions ourselves and settle them with Creem. As Merchant of Record, Creem also handles payment disputes under its Buyer Terms.
