Content delivery, caching and protection against abuse are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Requests are served from the Cloudflare location nearest to the visitor; see our Privacy Policy for what this means for your data.

4. Intellectual Property

The Pexafy name, the site's design, its editorial content and its source code are the property of DataMinds Solutions, except where stated otherwise. The Pexafy MCP server is published separately under the MIT licence at github.com/Pexafy/pexafy-mcp, with the notices of the third-party components it redistributes.

5. Photographs

Pexafy does not own the photographs it indexes. It searches images published under free licences by third-party sources, and every result carries the credit to display and the licence that applies to it. What each licence permits is set out on our Licenses page. Rights in each photograph remain with its photographer and its source.

6. Reporting Content

If a photograph indexed by Pexafy infringes your rights, or if you believe content on this site is unlawful, write to [email protected] with enough detail to identify it — the photograph's page on Pexafy, and the basis of your claim. We remove content we are not entitled to index.
